Description
Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-3359, LTC04014017426, NSN 6850-01-450-4747 for Deicing-Defrosting and Anti-icing Fluid. This modification is to change from stock lines only to CONUS DVD lines only, revise the delivery requirement from 87 DARO to requested delivery in accordance with Time-Definite Delivery (TDD) requirements for DVD of 2-5-10 DARO, and to revise the solicitation issue date to 15 June 2004 and the closing date to 15 July 2004. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-3359, LTC04014017426, NSN 6850-01-450-4747 for Deicing-Defrosting and Anti-icing Fluid. Solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. CONUS DVD lines only. Unit quantity is gallon/bulk quantities only. Base year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 30,046 GL, option year EAD is 12,208 GL; requested delivery in accordance with Time-Definite Delivery (TDD) requirements for DVD of 2-5-10 DARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination; QAP 251 applies. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label required. Specification available. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
