Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command plans to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis Life Cycle Contractor Support for the Fire Control Radar. The government plans to utilize a firm-fixed price contract with one basic year and one option year. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando, FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Autho rity of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a pr oposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered Note(s) 22..
