Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). The government intends to negotiate a contract with the Agricultural Water Management Council (AWMC). Reclamation will add capability to report Water Conservation Plan Implementation Actions through the AWMC Website. The Council is the only entity that represents the agricultural water users and has an existing water conservation support website. The work includes, but not limited to: Costs and time to add and maintain the full functionality of the Agricultural Annual Update Process to include report submission capabilities and enhancements for annual updates and reports submitted by Agricultural Water Contractors. The reporting capability will be hosted on a dedicated server and provide a single account for each user with 128-Bit SSL Certification. The anticipated award date is June 30, 2004. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Attn: MP-3830, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA 95825-1898. Inquires shall be received by close of business June 25, 2004.
