Description: The NAVAIR Depot Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to procure the Parts and Expendable Materials required to establish organic capability for the NAVAIR Depot Cherry Point, NC to repair and overhaul the V-22 T62T-46-2 Auxiliary Power Unit. This is a notice of intent to request a quote and negotiate with Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems, 4400 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 91286. Hamilton Sundstrand has been identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government's requirements since they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the V-22 T62T-46-2 Auxiliary Power Unit. No other known source exists. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded to Hamilton Sundstrand for a period of performance through 6/30/05.
