- SYNOPSIS LANGUAGE FOR GS-10P-04-LSC-0058, OFF-SITE, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE CALL CENTER SERVICES FOR PBS, REGION 10 NAICS code – 561421, size standard = $6.0 million Off-site Call Center Services to receive service calls relating to FACILITY MANAGEMENT. Contractor shall provide the operational facility, all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform call center services to support GSA, Public Building Service in managing leased and owned space for its Federal agency tenants. Tenants generate between 85 – 110 calls per day within our 4 state Region. Service requests come in from voice, e-mail and fax on a 24 hour, seven-day per week basis. Contractor will be required to prepare and submit reports for active and closed out service calls to monitor customer service and call center operations. Contractor should have knowledge of facilities operations in order to prioritize call requests and determine appropriate actions for various call types (i.e. hot/cold calls, elevator entrapment, etc.) A best value, firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. Offers will be evaluated on their ability to successfully operate a facilities management call center on a continual basis and maintain continuity of operations in the event of disaster or disruptions in the center’s normal work environment (i.e. fire, flood, etc.). Period of performance is estimated to be August 1, 2004 – July 31, 2005 with 4, 1-year option periods. Request For Performance (RFP) should be uploaded to FEDBIZOPPS approximately May 07, 2004. Anticipated due date for offers will be June 07, 2004. Award is anticipated to be 6/30/04 with contract phase-in to begin 7/1/04. Procurement will be a total (100%) small business set aside.
