Description

Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to: Erik Lundstrom at erik.a.lundstrom@usace.army.mil. Clamshell dredging of approximately 1,100,000 cubic yards of material from Inner Grays Harbor. Disposal is at Point Chehalis and Sout h Jetty open water disposal sites. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. The estimated dollar value is in the range of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 with a completion date of 15 February 05. The North Americ an Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. Project is open to both large and small businesses. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a su bcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the la st 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
