Description

Geographical Code: 935 The U.S. Agency for International Development in Madagascar is contemplating the award of a Labor Hour contract for a motor vehicle transportation, warehouse and mail handling labor services for USAID/Madagascar. The RFP is available and the RFP proposal due date is on August 16, 2004. The contract will be awarded initially for two (02) years with three (03) options, subject to satisfactory performance and approval by USAID/Madagascar. The effective date of the contract will be o/a September 20, 2004, and the contract will be incrementally funded. The RFP will provide detailed information on the current activities. USAID/Madagascar will provide the vehicles, office space, all required office equipment and supplies for the contractor to fulfill this transportation and administrative support services requirement. The contractor will provide seventeen (17) employees for transportation services, four (04) employees for warehouse/maintenance services, two (02) employees for communication and records services and all required management support for this program.
