- Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after 29 Aug 2003. Proposed procurement is for a 12-month Indefinite Quantity contract with 1 (12) month option. Noun: Transformer NSN 5950-01-088-8604. Approved sources: Honeywell International (99193) P/n 2540572. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 100 - 2000. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites and Direct Vendor Deliveries. Delivery schedule: 100 within 300 days with a balance of 100 each every 30 days thereafter. See Note 26.
