- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform annual inspection and testing, and provide emergency services for hydraulic manual bollards, crash beam gates and barrier plate located at the Defense Supply Center, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43213. Period of performance is for one year from date of award with an option to extend services for an additional four years in one-year increments. Total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. Only contractors with a minimum of two (2) years experience in performing similar work may submit a proposal. Emergency service response time, within two hours of service call.
