- 5999-00-437-6493, DELAY LINE, This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 06/30/04, with the Response date on or around 07/30/04. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: SP0905-04-R-X285. Approved source: MICRO NETWORKS (03947) P/N 051719-503 TYPE 4814,ST Olektron (11869) p/n 2515-1, Raytheon (96214) P/n 531587-1 An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with four (365) day option periods) is anticipated. Total 5 year estimated quantity is 210 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. From: 1-60, Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency.
