- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this three-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and two one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Kidde Technologies (61423), Kidde Graviner (K1536) and Pacific Scientific (05167). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5905-01-209-0472. Item Description: Resistor Assembly. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Kidde Technologies (61423) and Kidde Graviner (K1536) P/N 51226-111 and Pacific Scientific (05167) P/N 930001-060. Delivery Requirement is 180 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point and the Inspection and Acceptance points are origin. The solicitation will open on July 7, 2004 and close August 10, 2004. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
