- Request for Proposals SP0450-04-R-3972, Unrestricted procurement for NSN 6810-01-419-2677, N-DODECANE, Petrolab Corp, CAGE 0DRR8, P/N 40007, LTC04065018898, for base and 4 one-year option periods. Total quantity 875 KT. Kit consists of 60 3-ML bottles of N-Dodecane. Repackaging of manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is not authorized. Stock Locations: SRG Richmond VA and AQ5 Tracy CA. Critical application item which requires MSDS and Hazard Warning Labels to be sent with proposal. QAP-251 applies. Quantity variance: +/-5%. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance - Destination. Delivery: 30 DARO. Commercial application. Effective 1 June 1998, to receive any award, a contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), updated annually.
