Description

Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, commercial item for Insecticide P/N Kill Zone House & Garden Insect Killer Formula 3, manufactured by Chase Products Co. NSN 6840-01-067-2137 with an estimated annual quantity of 27,819 cans. Product is for stock shipments to Richmond, VA, (SRG) and Tracy, CA (AQ5). MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations. This RFP is FOB destination and inspection and acceptance destination, QAP 251. The solicitation will contain EPA provision and quantity variance of plus 5% minus 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are 42 days ARO. Surge requirement do exist for this item. Solicitation (SP0450-04-R-3676) will be issued on or about July 6, 2004 and closing 21 days later.
