- Description
- In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the U.S. Department of Education (ED) announces a performance decision for a Streamlined Competition conducted for audit survey and fieldwork and audit quality control reviews. The competition involved 10 FTE positions. The streamlined cost comparison form has been certified and the performance decision favors in-house performance. The Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation with an official responsible for performance of the function.
