- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Desert Southwest Customer Service Region (DSW) intends to issue a contract on a sole-source basis to Subnet Solutions Inc. under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c)(1) - "only one responsible source" to provide a software package that would allow the Government to monitor and control the Governments microwave and fiber optic system. The main requirements are for the system to be reliable, easy to use and compatible with GE Energy Systems D20 RTU. The basis for the sole source award to Subnet Solutions Inc. is as follows: Subnet Solutions Inc. offers a package that is extremely easy to use and is very compatible with the D20 RTU. The Government intends to award a commercial item firm-fixed price contract. All responsible sources may provide a proposal.
