- Description
- The VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina intends to award a firm, fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to a provider who shall serve as a contract Residential Treatment Facility to veteran patients at this medical center. The Contractor is to serve as a halfway house in the Fayetteville, NC area and provide room and board, supervised 24 hours a day/7 days a week staffing, with therapeutic and rehabilitative services for homeless veterans. Under the terms of this contract, the RFT shall only furnish services to beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs. THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The applicable NAICS Code is 623220 with a size standard of $6 Million. Contract period will be one year from date of award with four available option years. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 15, 2004. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY04 funds. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov, Requests for Proposals #246-04-01414.
