- (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation FA487704Q0379 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. FAR 52-211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this solicitation. If providing a proposal on an or-equal product, include appropriate documentation/specifications for justification and approval. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 5088, NAICS Code 332439, small business size standard of 500 employees. (6 each) Modular Storage and Transport Frame (M-STF) 1, NSN: 8145-01-512-0913; (6 each) M-STF 2, NSN: 8145-01-512-0918; (14 each) M-STF 4, NSN: 8145-01-512-0923; (3 each) M-STF Tent Warehouse, NSN: 02048-A1-4-XXX; (18 sets, 4ea per set) Casters; (6 each) Rev Covers for M-STF 1, NSN: 8145-01-512-0932; (14 each) Rev Covers for M-STF 4, NSN: 8145-01-512-1017; (12 each) Steel Shelves, NSN: 02048-A19; (6 each) Rev covers for M-STF 2, NSN: 8145-01-512-1002. Unit prices should include transportation costs. (VII) Place of delivery: 305 RQS, 5020 E. Arizola Street, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION.
