- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ RH-00001. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please note that there is currently no waivers in place for these NAICS Code when in compliance to the ?nonmanufacture rule? listed on SBA at http://www.sba.gov/GC/approved.html. The definition of the ?nonmanufacture rule? stated in FAR 19.001 is as follows "Nonmanufacturer rule" means that a contractor under a small business set-aside or 8(a) contract shall be a small business under the applicable size standard and shall provide either its own product or that of another domestic small business manufacturing or processing concern (see 13 CFR 121.406). DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Qty: 1 ?5700 RTK Base Kit, RTK S/W PP, No Internal Radio. With: TGO Post Processing Software, 6Ah Battery Power and Download Kit, Rover Kit 5700 Receiver, 5700 Base Acessories Kit, Compact Flash Card 64MB. Qty: 1 ? 5800 RTK Rover, No Controller or SW, 1 Internal Radio 450-470. With: Rover Kit, 5800 Receiver with 450-470 Internal Radio. Qty: 1 ? TSCe Control Unit w/Trimble Survey Controller Software. Qty: 1 ? Radio-TM3 Base Set, 450-470MHz. With: TM3 Radio Antenna Kit, 450-470MHz, Rod-Radio Antenna Mounting Pole Kit, 1.8M, Base Kit for TM3. Qty: 1 ? Trimble Blue Cap Option. Qty: 1 ? Carbon Fiber GPS 2.0M Rover Rod. Qty: 1 ? Seco 2.0M Collapsable Tripod. FOB: Destination for delivery to MACDILL AFB, FL 33621 within 45 days of the award of this solicitation.
