Description: DESCRIPTION: This is a combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote and a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued. 1. A delivery order shall be awarded to the lowest price offeror offering the BRAND NAME ITEMS and all quantities identified in accordance with (IAW) this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers for less than total quantities and delivery time shall not be considered. Offerors shall propose prices against current GSA/FSS or NASA Scientific and Engeneering Workstation Procurement (SEWP) III contract, whichever is lowest price. No other quotes will be considered. Offerors shall provide details as to Installation, training and warranty services and delivery time offered. In addition, copy of all licensing agreements shall be provided. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT, NO OTHER ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. 8.
