- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CONTACT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST FOR A COPY OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours please follow up by phone call. Solicitation No. W91RZ-04-T-0036. Thi s solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 200123 and DFARS Change Notice 20040608. The proposed contract is 100% small business set aside for small businesses. The Small Business Size Standard is $4,000,000, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541330. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. Item # 0001- Assistance Services, A/E and JOC- Base Year in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Please provide an hourly rate. Firm fixed price delivery Orders will be negotiated for each required task. Period of performance is one year from the dat e of award. Item # 0002- Assistance Services, A/E and JOC- Option Period #1 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Please provide an hourly rate. Firm fixed price delivery Orders will be negotiated for each required task.. Period of performance is one year from the ending date of the last option period. Item # 0003- DPW Assistance Services, A/E and JOC- Option Period # 2 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Please provide an hourly rate. Firm fixed price delivery Orders will be ne gotiated for each required task. Period of performance is one year from the ending date of the last option period Item # 0004- DPW Assistance Services, A/E and JOC- Option Period # 3 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
