Description

The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ intends to negotiate and award a contract with Golden Valley Electric Association, 758 Illinois Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701-2919 on an other than full and open competition basis. This contract is to pro vide commercial electrical service to the new facilities at the Donnelly Training Area near Fort Greely, AK. Interested parties may submit technical literature showing there capability of meeting the Government??????s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. SeeNote 22
