- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued under SIC 4581 and NAICS 561 720. A short description of the services is as follows: KC-135 (Boeing 707) Aircraft Exterior Wash to include Landing Gear, Wheel Wells, Cowling and Engines. The contractor shall perform aircraft wash at Phoenix Air National Guard Base, Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, Arizona in accordance with the S tatement of Work. A complete copy of the Solicitation and Statement of Work can be requested from the 161st Air Refueling Wing Contracting office, 3200 E. Old Tower Road., Phoenix, AZ 85034-7263. Contractors wishing to submit offers must possess the proper clearances required for access to active airport ramp spaces. Additionally, Contrac tor employees will be subject to background investigations as a requirement for access to Federal Military Installations. Contractors Proposal must be Firm-Fixed Price per aircraft wash. This will be an option year contract with one base year and two opt ion years. The following FAR Clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, FAR 52.249-4 Termination for Convenience of the Government. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicit ation to the offeror who??????s offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Contractor MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database for consideration for award . Registration can be accomplished through http://www.ccr.gov. Contractor must be compliant with the most current US DOL Wage Rate Decision for Occupation 23060 Aircraft Servicer for Maricopa County.
