Solicitation packages will available on or about 22 June 2004. Pre-Proposal Conference has been re-scheduled for 6 July 2004 at 10:00 A.M., Bldg. 1001, RM 239, Camp Shelby, MS. Proposal date will be on or about 22 July 2004.
