NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRO N: AX4f0160AX, NSN: 1560-01-078-5726, PN: 70301-02110-041, Quantity: 1,500 each minimum/3,900 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal , AL 35898-0001. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 200 each, 411 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 200 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 262 DACA. Required delivery without First A rticle Testing is 200 each, 274 DACA and 200 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery with Alternate II is 200 each, 343 DACA and 200 each per month after until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has right to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Aside are restricted to U,S, small business, t herefore foreign fequests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
