- Description
- The Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, Minerals Revenue Management (MRM) announces its intention to conduct an A-76 Streamlined Competitive Sourcing Study of four positions in Denver, Colorado. Specific functions include Minerals Revenue Specialists and Minerals Revenue Technician functions in the stripper oil property royalty rate reduction program in MRM's onshore federal oil and gas Compliance and Asset Management division. Government personnel are the incumbent service providers. The Contracting Officer is Terry L. Grush, Minerals Management Service, Denver, Colorado. The DOI Competitive Sourcing Official is Lynn Scarlett, Assistant Secretary, Policy, Management and Budget. The projected end date of the competition is September 15, 2004.
