- The National Park Service intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order P2485040521 to Harris Miller Miller and Hanson to provide technical support services to examine existing standards and regulations for various noise sources relevant to parks, including the several NPS regulations applying different standards for different noise sources. Noise sources will include, but not be limited to, aircraft, motorized vehicles, watercraft, snow machines, generators, maintenance equipment, trains, sirens and blasting. This company is considered the only responsible source who can meet the agency's requirements in the time required. This contract will be awarded NLT June 30, 2004.
