- NAVAIR AD Patuxent River has issued the subject solicitation. The full body of the solicitation may be found on the NAVAIR website at the following web address under N00421-04-R-0071: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/ Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on 17 June 2004. The solicitation is amended to permit three paper copies of Volume I-General Information, Volume II-Technical Approach, and Volume III-Past Performance to be submitted rather than one electronic copy and two paper copies. Volume IV-Cost should still have one electronic copy and two paper copies submitted. The Past Performance Questionnaire has been revised.
