- The purpose of this synopsis modification is to change the solicitation number from N61331-04-T-1050 to N61331-04-R-0046. The original synopsis was posted on or about 18 May 04. The closing date has been revised to 1 Jul 04. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, FL, (NSWC-PC) intends to solicit TTC Norge, Stabburvn Slitu, P.O. Box 54, Mysen, Norway, on a sole-source basis for up to four (4) each Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) corrosion resistant lube oil coolers. These items are being purchased for evaluation under the LCAC foreign comparative test program as possible candidates for use on the LCAC.
