- The presolicitation previously published under this reference number is hereby revised to read as follows: The Naval Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Government Contracting Resources for an additional three months of base operations support services. The government also intends to include one option, which would extend the contract for an additional three months, if necessary and exercised. The continuation of these services is required to maintain the day-to-day operation of the Laboratory and is required pending the government's negotiation of a new and competitive contract.
