- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to HITACHI HIGH TECHNOLOGIES AMERICA to service the Hitachi Model S-3500N Scanning electron Microscope Serial No. 3504302. This Procurement action is for parts and service in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1.
