- Description
- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 9,525 rentable square feet. Rentable space must be allocated as follows: office/storage space (2,375 square feet), warehouse storage (7,150 square feet) and must have wareyard space of (63,000 square feet). This facility will be a lease to accommodate the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Little River National Wildlife Refuge. LEASE TERM: 10 years; 5 years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Delineated Area ? within a six mile radius of Broken Bow, Oklahoma 2. Warehouse must be at ground level. The station needs warehouse storage for a motor grader, crawler tractor, backhoe/loader, dump truck, transport trailer, two farm tractors with attachments, service truck, ATV?s and four refuge vehicles. 3. Fencing of wareyard will be furnished by the tenant agency LOCATION: Broken Bow, Oklahoma (within a 6 mile radius) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Expressions of Interest should be made as soon as possible and include the following: 1.) location of property being offered; 2.) rentable and usable square footage; 3.) method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 4.) name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted; 5.) evidence of authority to represent the owner; 6.) one eighth inch scale drawing of space being offered; and 7.) any other considerations that would be beneficial to the Government. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
