- Aerial Photography services for 1:40,000 scale, 6" (153mm) camera focal length, 9"x9" format color negative film. Total of approximately 2,900 linear miles in Colville and Wenatchee National Forests, Washington. Approximate flying season July 11, 2004 - September 11, 2004. Solicitation (RFP)USDA-FS-9-04 will be issued on or about April 29, 2004, with proposals due on or before May 28, 2004. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
