- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334119. This requirement will be procured on an open and competitive basis as a small-business set-aside. This notice is for the acquisition of one (1) Long Wave Infrared Camera, to include a 50-mm. Lens coated for 8 to 12 microns, a tripod mount, and must be uncooled with 320 x 240 digital output on USB for a PC with Velocity Software for real time output. Responses should include packaging and shipping charges as applicable. Delivery required is FOB Destination (Soref, AFRL/SNHC, 29 Randolph Road, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731) within 30 days after award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The product must meet "Buy American Act" provisions. The offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the contracting officer. Offers may be faxed to Kathleen M.
