A Sole Source Commercial Contract is anticipated by the Augusta, VA Medical Center located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285 for the VAMC Charleston, SC Medical Center, Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401-5799 for TEKLAD animal foods and bedding products with Sinclair Oil & Feed Co, PO Box 1162, Florence, SC 29501. No substitutions are allowed due to the research being conducted. Annual usage is anticipated to be 1. ARF - SUPPLY 1 1/8" COB (0005A) 2000bgs, 2. STERILIZABLE RODENT (8656) 300bgs, 3. IRRADIATED RODENT (7912) 120 bgs, 4. IRRADIATED BREEDER (7904) 110bgs, 5. STERILIZABLE BREEDER (7004) 100bgs, 6. CAT LITTER 40# BUCKET 52ea, 7. IAMS CAT FOOD 51cs, 8. IAMS CAT DRY FOOD150bgs. NAICS Code 424910 Size Standard 100 employees or smaller with the estimated project value being $100,000 to $250,000 over the course of a one(1) year base with four(4) one(1) year options to renew. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated.
