Description
The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source task order using GSA Contract Number GS-35F-0808N to Mercury Solutions, 13800 Montfort Rd, Dallas, TX, 75380, for the Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) Engineering and Analysis Support at Eglin AFB, FL. Technical Support will consist of monitoring and/or participation in developmental testing and evaluation of SEAD programs, as well as the planning, conducting, and reporting on force development evaluations and operational utility evaluations of SEAD programs. SEAD systems include the F 16, the Avionics Launcher Interface Computer (ALIC), the AGM-88 High Speed Anti-radiation missile (HARM), and the HARM Targeting System (HTS). Participation in government project planning and technical interchange meetings to establish project objectives, approaches, and schedules related to the evaluation of the performance and effectiveness of SEAD weapon systems will be required. This includes the development of requirements to support test plan objectives and their criteria and measures of effectiveness. Technical support will be required to augment SEAD flight participation at the following meetings: test planning working groups, meetings to define system requirements, technical interface meetings, program management reviews, and operational advisory group reviews for SEAD systems. Any analytical or technical support must be capable of participation in flight test planning activities and providing inputs to applicable test plans relative to test conditions, data requirements, and the data analysis process. Any support provided will be responsible for using the current F 16 and SEAD systems data analysis tools to conduct analyses of flight and ground test data as well as analyzing HARM telemetry. The tasks specified above must be conducted in conjunction with SEAD classified programs. Due to the priority and classification levels involved with SEAD classified programs, any technical support must currently have a working-level engineering and analysis knowledge of SEAD classified programs and currently possess the required active security clearances. Contract support is envisioned to consist of one 1-year period of performance. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541330 ($23 million). If you feel you can provide this service, please provide your qualifications and experience, and indicate if you are a large or small business based on the NAICS Code.
