Description

Furnish all labor, parts, material, travel, and equipment necessary to perform on-site preventive and remedial maintenance of Government-owned HVAC equipment located at HQ, Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM), N. Chicago, Illinois, during t he period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. Service includes, but is not limited to, providing remedial maintenance 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, preventive maintenance on a monthly basis, power washing condenser coils, calibration of operati ng controls, greasing and lubricating of equipment, acid cleaning of pans and off-site disposal of chemicals, repair of inoperable equipment, and two hour response time. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The solicitation will be posted to the Fort Knox homepage at www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opporuntities on or about 2 July 2004 with proposals due on or about 30 July 2004. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the webiste periodically for amendments. Solicita tion mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract.
