Description

The following information is provided based on questions received regarding the STARBASE Program: Q. Can you tell us what level of detail you would like in the capability statement? Is there a limit on the number of pages we should provide A. NO Limit Q. Section 3.8 states: Perform audits of 15-20 established sites each year.-- Are these compliance audits or fiscal and real property audits A. Audits to ensure program complies with Department of Defense Instruction 1025.7 and budget guidance. Q. In Section 3.9 it states: monitor follow-up actions on site self evaluation tools that measure site compliance with DOD guidance and key program factors. -- Is the monitoring directly related to Section 3.8 in regard to developing action plans and timel ines for correcting deficiencies A. YES Q. Section 3.11 states that the contractor should host and maintain website for the Department of Defense STARBASE program. Is this a site for the overall STARBASE program rather than any of the individual programs A. Overall STARBASE Program Q. Does this site exist or will this work include development of a new site A. Not currently. May include development if not operational at time of award. It may involve modifications if online at time of award. Q. Does/will this site be accessible to the general public A. YES Q. Please verify that hosting is to be provided by the contractor in non-government premises. A. YES
