Description: The US Property and Fiscal Office for Kansas intends to award a single source contract for repair of the roofing system on the Base Fire Station, Kansas Air National Guard, Forbes Field, Topeka, Kansas. A single source firm fixed price contract in t he amount of $30,146.00 will be awarded to Vincent Roofing Inc., Topeka, KS pursuant to 6.302-2 - Unusual and Compelling Urgency 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2). This contract is for the immediate repair and replacement of the EPDM Roof cause d by wind storm damage. Delay in award of this contract would result in serious damage to the Government facility.
