Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. Intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Point-Of-View Survey Systems to provide How??????s Your Health (HYH) assessment software license on Madigan Army Medical Center. The proposed contract action is f or services, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Point-Of-View Survey Systems has proprietary rights to the software and services set forth in the contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A deter mination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a co mpetitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
