- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to the IDC Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THO97044117. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for one year of annual membership subscription rights for the IDC HPC User Forum, as well as the continuance of a HPC User Forum Research study to expand the understanding of the application performance of a set of complete HPC capability applications on the largest computers around the world. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
