Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: The U.S. Government currently occupies 40,247 ANSI/BOMI usable square feet of office space at the Customs House Building, 701 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation and upfitting costs. Property offered must be within the Central Business Area of Nashville, TN. All services, supplies, and utlities are to be included as part of the rental consideration. If anyone has a location they would like to have considered, please contact Rhonda Irby at (404) 562-2770 not later than March 19, 2004.
