PR No: RL041410140000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Plate, Face, Bearing (T53-L-13B AND ?15 SERIES ENGINE, AH/UH-1 HELICOPTER). This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is Honeywell Intl. Inc., Cage 99193, Part Number 1-300-588-01. There are three approved sources of supply: Rexnord Corporation, Cage 91587, Part Numbers 08-193010 or 1-300-588-02, Grimes Aerospace Company, Cage 5T400, Part Numbers B-109343 or 1-300-588-03, and Perkinelmer Fluid Sciences, Cage 77843, Part Number 78327. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2840-01-008-1373; Base Year AEQ: 232 each, Option Year AEQ: 232 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 157 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 23 and 26.
