Description: It is the purpose of this solicitation to secure services to construct Guardrail barricades and waterbars on all roads that are listed in Exhibit A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation and incidentals to perform the contract work as set forth in the specifications. This shall include all equipment of sufficient size and capicity to complete the work. A cat and backhoe or auger is recommended.
