- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ must be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: J1533, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003. Western Area Power Administration intends to purchase radios manufactured by Microwave Data Systems (MDS) on a sole source (brand name) basis. This action is pursuant to and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All authorized dealers are invited to respond to this RFQ. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ will be issued electronically or about June 18, 2004 on the website e-center.doe.gov.
