- Services are to be provided at VA Connecticut's Errera Community Care Center in West Haven, CT. Performance period will be from August 1, 2004 - July 31, 2005. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 624310 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 36 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about June 22, 2004. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
