PRON: AX462308AX, NSN: 1560-01-296-9486, PN: 70400-08114-051, Quantity: 406 each minimum/2,406 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the BE-BLACK HAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001.Required delivery with First Article Testing is 406 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 406 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Rep ort is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 406 each, 280 DACA and 406 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery with Alternate II is 406 each, 350 DACA and 406 each per month after until contract completion. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses Tek Precision Co., LTD., 205 West Industry CT., Deer Par k, NY 11729-9020, and Argencord Machine Corp., 10 Reith Street, Copiague, NY 11726-1414. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engine ering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produc e the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Proce dures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicit ation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
