Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, an electronic solicitation will be posted at the INSCOM website (see below). SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvior, VA proposes to recompete its OMNIBUS Rapid Labor Service Support Requirements (RLSSR) for the base period of 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 and four (4) one-yea r option periods ending 30 September 2009 under Request for Proposal No. W911W4-04-R-0005. This potential acquisition is for Information Technology/Management Support; Force Management Support; Intelligence, Security, and Information Operations Support; Re source Management (Financial) Support; Audio/Visual Information Support; Data Management Support; Acquisition Support; and Administrative Support. The potential acquisition will cover INSCOM's worldwide multi-discipline requirements to include, but not lim ited to the following geographic locations: Pacific Command (PACOM), U.S. Forces, Korea, European Command (EUCOM), Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), Central Command (CENTCOM), Atlantic Command (ACOM) and the Continental United States (CONUS). The Government ant icipates awarding at least three (3) contracts and no more than six (6) contracts from the resulting solicitation on a Performance-Based Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. There will be at least one (1) contract award to a technically qualified small business. If no small business qualifies, all awards will be made to large business. The estimated release date of this Request for Proposal is 28 June 2004 and it will be posted on the INSCOM web site at www.inscom.army.mil. At the web sit e (under the flag)click on INSCOM Organizations, use the drop down feature and click on Contracting Activities and then click on solicitations. The solicitation will appear on that page when it is released. It will be identified as the OMNIBUS solicitation W911W4-04-R-0005. Please continue to monitor the INSCOM web site for the RFP release.
