Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct a new parking lot, wood fence, and to prepare the site for a government furnished toilet. Work will include: 2000 CY Borrow; 450 CY Crushed Aggregate; 1,100 LF Wood Fence; 1 lump sum Misc. Items; 90 CY top soil. Work under this contract is located in Madison County, approximately 8 miles East of Norris on Highway 84. The contractor will have 28 calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" on or about August 2, 2004. Paper copies are no longer available.
