Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct five livestock pipelines on BLM property. Contract shall be awarded on the bid price total based on the type bid schedule selected and past performance rating and recommendations. Contractors shall select and bid only one schedule. Schedule A (Trenching only) with all PVC or all HDPE pipe only, or Schedule B (Plowing Only) with all HDPE Pipe only. Under SCHEDULE A, contractor shall quote on : Mobilization, 1 Lump Sum; Trenching (Common) backfilling and Compacting, 23,930 lf; Trenching (Rock) Backfilling and Compacting, 5,900 lf; PVC, Class 160, or HDPE, SDR-11 1 1/2 inch pipe, 16,000 lf; PVC, Class 200 or HDPE, SDR-9 1 1/2 inch pipe, 13,830 lf; Curb Stop Assembly, 1 inch, 13 ea: Air Relief Valve Assembly, 7 ea; Curb Stop/Drain Assembly, 6 ea; Hydrant Assembly, 5 ea; Spring Adaption, 1 ea; Pump Facility, 1 e. Under SCHEDULE B, contractors shall quote on: Mobiization, 1 lump sum; Plowing, (Common)Backfilling and Compacting, 23,930 lf; Plowing, (Rock) Backfilling and Compacting, 5900 lf; HDPE Pipe, SDR-11 1 1/2 inch, 16,000 lf; HDPE Pipe, SDR-9 1 1/2 inch, 13,830 lf; Curb Stop Assembly 1 inch, 13 ea; Curb Stop/Drain Assembly, 6 ea; Air Relief Valve Assembly, 7 ea; Hydrant Assembly, 5 ea; Spring Adaption, 1 ea; Pump Facility, 1 ea. Work under this contract is located in Prairie County, Montana. The Contractor has 75 calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28,102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" on/about July 1, 2004.
