Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hamilton Sundstrand, Windsor Locks, CT 06096, for Hub Fatigue Test to structurally evaluate the fatigue capacity of the Hamilton Sundstrand designed and built NP2000 Propeller Hub, Adapter, and Blade Retention components. This effort is being sole source due to all of the fixtures and test equipment being owned and designed by Hamilton Sundstrand. See Note 22. NAVAIR synopsis No. 20041-04.
